Garnet S. (Thomas) Keith, 85, of Vevay, passed away at 2:01 p.m. Sunday, August 18th, 2013, at The Waters of Rising Sun.

Linda Sue (Lockhart) Cutter, 61, of Fairview, passed away at 1:08 a.m. Saturday, August 17th, 2013, at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg.
She was born January 16th, 1952, in Corbin, Kentucky, the loving daughter of the late James M. "Jim" Wilder and Emma Hazel (Jones) Lockhart Kaeff. She was raised in Corbin where she attended school and was a 1970 graduate of Highland Heights High School in Highland Heights, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1973 from Northern Kentucky University.
She was united in marriage on October 16th, 1981, at Fairview United Methodist Church in Fairview, to Roald Allen Cutter. Unto this union one daughter and one son arrived to bless their home.
She was a project manager at Northgate Payroll Processing in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the past two years. She was a former payroll project manager at Health Alliance in Cincinnati for 33 years. She was a member of Fairview United Methodit Church. She resided in the Fairview community the past 32 years. She will be remembered for her love of shopping, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting and collecting Longaberger baskets. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 32 years, Ronald Allen Cutter of Fairview; her daughter, Deidra Dennis and husband Marty of Bear Branch; her son, Aaron J. Cutter and wife Nicole of Fairview; her three grandchildren, Ashley, Avery and Aiden; her half sister, Victoria Brehm of Arizona; and her half brother, Darrin Wilder of Biloxi, Mississippi.
She was also preceded in death by her stepmother, Blanche "Bu" (Coates) Wilder; her brother, Kenneth Harris Lockhart; and her grandmother, Effie Kause.
Funeral services were conducted by Reverend Arnold Cutter Tuesday, August 20th, at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay. Burial was in Vevay Cemetery. Bonnie Palmer Smith, 61, of Florence, passed away Sunday, August 18th, 2013, at Dillsboro Manor.
She was born September 14th, 1951, in Milan, the daughter of Donald and Evelyn Russell Palmer. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Leslie Grace (Robert) of Rising Sun; her son, David Holdcraft (Amanda) of East Enterprise; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her five brothers, Robert Palmer of Bear Branch, Carl Palmer of North Vernon, Donald Palmer of Kentucky, Joe Palmer of Sunman and Tim Palmer of Milan; and her three sisters, Susan Dell of Dillsboro, Sharon Richardson of Milan and Judy Palmer of Napoleon.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today (Thursday, August 22nd) at Humphrey-Taylor-Detmer Funeral Home in Rising Sun with burial in Greendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time today (Thursday) in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
