Switzerland County's Whitley Schirmer was the individual winners in last week's ORVC conference meet, in the process leading the Lady Pacers to a dominating team win.
Whitley Schirmer captured the win in a time of 12:28; leading Switzerland County to a team win with a score of 23.
Jac-Cen-Del was second with a score of 45; followed by South Ripley with 76 and Milan with 108.
Other runners for Switzerland County included: Taylar Jordan in fourth place overall in a time of 13:14; Cameron Ray in fifth place overall in a time of 13:44; Leah Anders in sixth place overall in a time of 13:46; and Moriah Northcutt in seventh place overall in a time of 13:47.
Melissa Furnish finished eighth overall in time of 13:53. All six of those runners earned All Conference honors.
McKayli Scudder also had an outstanding race for the Lady Pacers, finishing 13th overall in a time of 14:21.
In the boys race, Switzerland County finished second overall. Rising Sun won the meet with a score of 24; followed by the Pacers with 46. Jac-Cen-Del finished with 98; South Ripley had 122; Milan had 123; Madison Shawe had 124; and Southwestern finished with 188.
Individually: Jordan Lay finished third overall in a time of 11:34; and Casper Stow was right behind, finishing fifth overall in a time of 12:02.
Will Pike finished ninth in a time of 12:19 to make it three Switzerland County runners on the All Conference squad.
Also: Hunter Hayes finished 14th in a time of 12:42; Cameron Papucci was 15th in 12:44; Max Anders was 16th in 12:47; and Mason Spurlock was 18th in a time of 12:56.
